We had the privilege of organizing an unforgettable summer teambuilding event in the suburbs of Vilnius for an innovative iGaming company. Set against a picturesque natural backdrop, the event seamlessly blended the vibrancy of a summer festival with meaningful team-building experiences — all tailored to reflect the company’s unique spirit and internal culture. The day was designed to captivate and engage, offering something for every type of participant. A highlight of the program was a creative challenge where guests worked in teams to build futuristic vehicles and race them on a custom-built track — a playful activity that sparked collaboration, creativity, and lots of laughter. Whether diving into dynamic games or unwinding in a beach zone with cocktails and sunshine, guests could shape their own experience. Poker tables, board games, Twister, Jenga, and outdoor challenges kept the energy high, while lounge areas, water activities, and gourmet catering offered relaxation and connection. A live cover band and charismatic host tied everything together with humor, music, and interactive quizzes. This project was the result of several months of detailed preparation by Mara Studio’s international team across Lithuania and Poland. Our end-to-end approach ensured the event not only looked effortless — it felt that way for the client, too. Mara Studio provided a full-service production, including event concept development, program design, team-building mechanics, contractor and transport coordination, logistics. We also captured the day through dynamic reportage photography, ensuring the best moments live on in internal and external communications.
