


In July 2024, MARA Studio delivered a Latin-themed partner event for a leading iGaming company in Amsterdam. Designed for 70 invited guests, the evening combined cultural depth, curated entertainment, and visual storytelling to strengthen client relationships in an informal yet structured setting. The creative concept centered on contrast—bringing the warmth and rhythm of Latin America into the refined atmosphere of an Amsterdam venue. We developed a clear event narrative and applied it across all touchpoints: branding, programming, entertainment, and guest flow. Live traditional musicians and salsa performers, selected for their authenticity and stage presence, set the rhythm for the evening. Event branding and décor reflected the theme through a carefully chosen color palette and tropical elements that complemented the space without overwhelming it. The event achieved its main objectives: facilitating high-value networking, reinforcing brand presence in the European market, and delivering a tailored, culturally immersive experience that respected both the brand’s tone and the preferences of its international partners.
