This summer, Mara Studio organized an unforgettable corporate offsite event for an innovative IT company in the suburbs of Vilnius. Acting as an event agency for IT companies, we set out to create a format that balanced meaningful team interaction with a relaxed, festival-like atmosphere aligned with the client’s culture and values.
The client’s goal was to bring the team together outside the office environment and strengthen internal connections through a shared experience. The event needed to feel informal and enjoyable, while still supporting collaboration and team spirit.
Set against a picturesque natural backdrop, the event combined the ease of a corporate summer party with structured yet playful team-building elements. The concept focused on freedom of choice: guests could actively participate or simply relax and socialize, creating a comfortable rhythm for different personalities within the team.

The project was delivered after several months of preparation by an international team based in Lithuania and Poland. Careful coordination ensured that every element — from logistics to entertainment — worked seamlessly together on site.
